At Artika, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and hardware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all hardware, manuals, and protective materials to ensure they arrive in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
