Most items are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location, while larger furniture pieces may require 2-3 weeks for white-glove delivery.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with smart home systems?
Yes, the majority of Artika lighting fixtures are compatible with standard dimmers and can be integrated into smart home systems using compatible smart bulbs or smart wall switches.
How can I track my order?
